Our PHILOSOPHY

The I’mPerfect Place developed from observing the unnecessary stress neurodiverse individuals and their families experience in a neurotypical world. We are a group of professionals and staff dedicated to providing a space where these individuals and their families can let their shoulders drop. Our educational philosophy acknowledges that if an individual is not regulated, learning and demonstrating that knowledge is less likely. Therefore we choose to provide an accommodating learning environment for individuals who learn differently.

Knowing there are neurotypical Learners who prefer a more individualized and supportive learning environment lets us welcome these Learners to our program as well.

We offer support for our community by keeping a ratio of one staff to every three attendees.

Staff is trained in sensorimotor development and differences, conflict & crisis management, the Presumption of Competence, and alternative communication techniques.
