CONSULTATIONS
We realize many Learners may not be able to attend a competence-based learning environment, but we believe there are options to adapt current environments to accommodate many needs. Our Director offers consultation services for families and agencies who feel an additional “set of eyes” may be helpful.
Consultations are offered on a virtual basis, currently. If interested in “in person” observations, please email us at Hello@TheImperfectPlace.com to discuss details.
While we provide consultation services for a variety of needs, we especially ask that consultation services for differently/non-speaking individuals include those who are open to accepting the presumption of competence. We support the use of alternative communication strategies, but are not able to provide training for these approaches and are happy to recommend RESOURCES.
