Where do you go for Outside Play?

We provide Outside Play at our Director’s gated and secured backyard, only about a 2-minute drive from our campus. We want to ensure a safe environment for all. The Attendees have access to a climbing/play structure, swing set, basketball hoop, amongst other options.

Our staff responsibly drives to and from our campus. Any staff at The I’mPerfect Place must pass a background check and maintain current insurance and registration. We also have a CPR-trained staff present.

What do we need to provide?

We ask that all Attendees come with their own food/drink choices for both snack and lunch. We provide space for Attendees to keep extra pairs of clothes or items while they are with us. Of significant importance is to supply us with any allergy or medical needs, such as EPIPENs or severe dietary restrictions.

And because it’s summer, please pack sunscreen, hats and lots of liquids!

Do Attendees have to attend the field trip?

Because the field trips are an important part of our program, we encourage everyone to TRY!! It’s ok if they need to go early or need breaks, we are here to help support everyone in whatever ways we can. But, if Attendees choose to skip the field trip, we cannot offer on-campus services as our staff will be supporting those on the field trip.

How will you provide safety during field trips?

On field trips, we will maintain a 2-1 ratio of Attendees to staff, in place of our usual 3-1 ratio. We recognize the needs of our Attendees and will safely support them as we visit the community!
